LISAsoft has a long history of software application development. Our highly skilled development team consists of Java, C/C++ and .NET developers and includes specialists in web development, GIS systems, data infrastructure, mobile devices, open source development and enterprise management systems. 

While we primarily use SCRUM and SCRUM derivative agile development methodologies, though we are aware that not all clients are structured to benefit from them.  We are well versed in the PRINCE2 method of project management and prefer to apply these processes when a pure agile approach is inappropriate.  After all, what good is agility if you don't have the flexibility to move beyond it?
